Auction of Promises

Thanks to everyone for supporting the Auction of Promises last month, especially to Karen and the Staff of the White Horse for hosting the event. Special thanks should be given to our wonderful MC on the night BJ Pettit. We raised an amazing £2,132.

The following events are being organised but please put any suggestions for more ideas to either Elaine 01223-232962 or Joan 01223-233368.
29th November - Combined Choir/Brass Band concert in the village Church. (further information listed)
1st December - Cub and Brownie Annual Concert and Grand Draw. All monies raised from the Draw will be donated to Pavilion Fund.
January/ February Quiz Night.
February - Valentines Disco.
March - Auction/ Auction of Promises
May - Grand Opening of Pavilion with a weekend of activities.

The Pavilion Committee is in the process of setting up a Pavilion Website more information to follow. We are also looking for 2 special people who would be willing to take on two roles for the Pavilion Committee.
